| Workshop on Math, part 1 Shorten the Pipeline: Significantly Increase Under-Prepared Student Completion of StatisticsJoin us in a full day investigation of Los Medanos College’s Path2Stats and similar community college programs that accelerate under-prepared students through developmental math and college-level statistics. Path2Stats students successfully complete statistics at 2.5 to 4 times the rate of students in traditional developmental math and statistics courses. We will share data, classroom videos, curriculum, and student work, as well as discuss strategies for navigating potential roadblocks to implementing a similar program at your college. |
