On January 1st, Peter Adams, the founder and director of ALP at The Community College of Baltimore County, retired from the college.  His vision and dedication to improving developmental education are the reasons ALP has achieved such great success as a nationally recognized acceleration program.

The good news is that Peter intends to continue his work as a developmental education consultant and to remain active in the reform of developmental education.

We will miss his leadership and enthusiasm for all things ALP and wish him the best as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement.
